Castora Foam Tech was founded with a clear mandate: build India's most consistent, high-volume Lost Foam Casting operation right here in Gujarat.
The company was born out of a recognition that India's container manufacturing and shipping sectors were either importing corner castings and other parts from China or relying on small, inconsistent foundries that couldn't guarantee quality at scale.
We set out to change that. Starting with precision-manufactured ISO corner castings: the most structurally critical container component, we have built a facility and supply network capable of serving the full range of container parts requirements. From corners and door hardware to panels, gaskets, floor boards, hinge systems, and fasteners, Castora is positioned to be India's most reliable container parts supplier.
We have since added Replica Investment Casting to that facility — extending the same discipline and quality control to complex, high-tolerance components that Lost Foam isn't built for. Two processes, one engineering standard: Castora evaluates every requirement and casts it the right way.
